Symptoms


There are 3 Medical History entries defined in a case. 

When generating a CIOMS report, box 23 (Other Relevant History) shows an additional entry and the entry is a "partial" entry without a description.

 

Example:

Create case
Enter Patient details - Other Relevant History

Coded PT - Blood creatine phosphokinase abnormal (encode)

Start/Stop date: 01-JAN-2015/01-DEC-2015

Start/Stop date: 01-JAN-2016/01-DEC-2016
Condition: Current Condition
Coded PT - Muscle necrosis - Muscle necrosis (encode)

Schedule a Report (CIOMS-I)
Click Draft and observe that box 23 shows the following information:

01-JAN-2015/01-DEC-2015 Current Condition Arrest cardiac (Cardiac arrest)

Additional Information section for box 23:
