Symptoms

On : 11.13.17.09.0 version, Receiving

When attempting to do Receiving for Putaway Transactions
the following error occurs and also the Quantity is showing as 0

A receiving transaction processor error occurred for the following number of lines: 1. Your help desk was notified


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to Putaway screen
3. See the quantity is 0

4. Choose the line and click on submit - get error
