Symptoms

Transmission failing when trying to transmit file to BenXML

ERROR

FTP Start Time: 2017/12/13 21:11:09+0000 Logging into host xxx as user XXXXXX 
java.lang.NullPointerException


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate Benefit extract file
2. Transmit file
3. Error is thrown
