Symptoms

When you try to Access "My Dashboard":

 Steps to replicate:

1. Login to OTM with a user other than DBA.ADMIN.
2. Click on the Ad hoc query link and make sure you are seeing the OBIEE home page.
3. In OTM, now click the 'Dashboard' link
