Time off by 1 hour on Activity Log entries for Time Windows

When rescheduling an Activity in Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM), the Activity Log shows the changes to the Time Windows.  BOTH the old and the new Time Windows are ahead by 1 hour.
