Symptoms
When a custom Geo Hierarchy is created, adding it in a Region causes OTM to display all the default fields, instead of just the selected ones.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom Geo Hierarchy and just add a single component ID (PROVINCE_CODE).
2. Create a new Region, give it an ID and go to Region Details;
3. Add the custom Geo Hierarchy;
