Symptoms

When attempting to amend a contract the following error occurs.
JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.txnValException, msg=JBO-27023: Failed to Validate all rows in a Transaction.

STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Contracts
2. Query the contract
3. Actions-->Amend
