Goal

The version of Application Express (APEX) and Oracle REST Data Services on our DBCS / DBaaS instance are not the most current. Is it supported to download and upgrade our DBaaS / DBCS instance using the most current downloads for Oracle Technical Network?

We would also like to customize the out of the box configuration of ORDS in DBCS / DBaaS. Is there anything to be aware of when making changes?
