Symptoms

When attempting to approve or reject adjustments, the following error occurs.

The account generator cannot derive information for one or more of these accounts: 1) COA 29 2) ORG Account ID 300000011119036 3) Subaccount ID 300000002795083. (AR-855728)

ORA-20001: (AR-855636)
Error
arp_process_adjustment.update_adjustment exception: ORA-20001: (AR-855636)
Information
Adjustment 3002 has been approved.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to approve or reject adjustments.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an adjustment
2. Try to approve or reject it.
3. Got the error message
