Unable to view completed processes under Evaluation and Reporting

We have our benefits processes under a distinct user ID. This ID can see the successfully completed processes under Schedule Processes, but they are not showing in the search results under Benefits Administration, Evaluation and Reporting where the list of employees processes and error reports are available.

We need to view the results of the Close Enrollment process for this year's OE.

Is there a separate security roll required?
