Sometimes, end-users manipulate a partner/customer hierarchy via the 'Manage Hierarchies' UI leaving it in an inconsistent state.
The Manage Hierarchies UI has a limitation that it will show only those hierarchies
that have at-least one tree node present
that are in active state
that have at-least one current tree version
This page gives instructions on how to access the hierarchy using an FSM Task provided by ApplCore and to manipulate (activate/inactivate/delete/re-generate) the tree information, as per your requirement.
