Symptoms

Shoppers are unable to make any purchases.  Seeing CyberSource "You are not authorized to view this page. The transaction has not been processed." error during checkout.

Reproducible Steps:
1. Go to the site.
2. Add an item to the cart
3. Open the cart
4. Press 'Checkout' button
5. Fill out Email address, Shipping Address and Payment Details
6. Press 'Checkout' button --> The error occurs.

403 Forbidden is occurring in POST https://secureacceptance.cybersource.com/silent/pay
