Report status does not update as Submitted after importing ACK with multiple ICSR

Symptoms

Transmitted E2B (single message xml file) with multiple ICSR.
After importing ACK (single message) file which contains multiple ICSR, one of the report status does not update as "Submitted". It still shows as "Generated".


Note:
The following log is an output in ACK import log.

         Record not found in SAFETYREPORT table for MSG_ID '###', SAFETYREPORTID 'XXX'

Steps:
--------------
1. Go to case action > open
2. Select multiple (locked) cases
3. Press [Batch]
4. Set E2B report to agency which using EMA message profile
5. Transmit the report


6. In the outgoing folder, one xml file was generated/stored and it contains several ICSR that you selected in step2
7. Receive one ACK file from agency and it contains several ICSR that you transmitted.
8. Import ACK file


9. Check ESM ACK import log and review the log for the imported XML file
10. The following log was an output


Record not found in SAFETYREPORT table for MSG_ID '###', SAFETYREPORTID 'XXX'

 

11. Check the report status of the transmitted ICSR

The one of the reports that shows in ACK import log still set as "Generated". The others is set as "Submitted".
