Salesforce Integrations run on API Version 31 Despite Different Version Specified in CRM Partner URL (Doc ID 2349235.1)

Symptoms

When Partner Logged in to Salesforce using OAuth, integrations run on API version 31, regardless of the API version defined in the CRM Partner URL.

When an Admin user is not partner logged in, navigating to the list of Integration files, found at the following Navigation Path:

Admin > Process Definition > Integrations (List)

the CRM Partner URL will display, as defined in Host Company, as the Endpoint URL. However, once the user partner logs in, it is expected that the URL should change to reflect the proper endpoint, but the API version should not change.
