Unable to Select a Qualifier ID when Currency Value(P) Column is Used in a Copy of the GTM_TRANSACTION_LINE Screen Set (Doc ID 2349712.1)

Symptoms

When adding Currency Value(P) column to a copy of the GTM_TRANSACTION_LINE screen set, and trying to save the column, a window pops up which should prompt you to select a qualifier ID, but it just says "Default Values" with no drop down to select a qualifier from.


Steps to Reproduce the problem
1) Copy Screen Set GTM_TRANSACTION_LINE
2) Add column Currency Value(P) to results tab
3) Save column
4) Window pops up with no drop down to select a qualifier ID, window is labeled "Default Values"
