Where to enter Chinese translation for the English Action reason Codes?

Customer want to enter Chinese translation for the English Action reason Codes. when people log in using Chinese language, action reason drop down shows English codes but customer want in all Chinese. How and where action reason language translation need to be done? Please advise.
