On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, .Manage Compensation

When attempting to access Manage Compensation for an employee,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

You do not have permission to access this information.

Expected Behavior
-----------------------
To have access but read only access.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Person Management>Search Employee
2. Manage Employment
3. Manage Compensation
