Symptoms

a) Supplier Site does not appear in Sourcing Rule LOV

b) Following Error Message Seen in Staging table msc_st_trading_partner_sites

"Duplicate record is not allowed. The value provided for the attribute LOCATION is invalid" 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Suppliers are global and so we cannot setup same supplier site across Business Unit for same supplier .

All Duplicate records created will error in staging table

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

a) Setup same supplier site across Business Unit for same supplier

b) Launch Target Collection for Suppliers

c) Navigate to Manage Supply Network Model Page and Verify if Supplier Sites Listed in Sourcing Rule LOV
