Symptoms

When attempting to run Payables Multiperiod Accounting
the following error occurs.

End date 30-JUN-19 used in formula PRORATE_PERIODS_INVOICES is not in any accounting period.
XLA_AP_FATAL_ERROR! Module: xlafrm_numglperiods, Problem: End date 30-JUN-19 used in formula PRORATE_PERIODS_INVOICES is not in any accounting period.
The accounting engine has encountered an irrecoverable error. (MODULE=xlafrm_numglperiods) (PROBLEM=End date 30-JUN-19 used in formula PRORATE_PERIODS_INVOICES is not in any accounting period.)

In checking the invoice, it has start and end date in Jan - an open period
