ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Order stays in In Packing Status even though all Allocations for the Task completed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Order Should be in Packed Status once all allocations and task completed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Order with Multiple details.
2. Allocate the Inventory for the Order.
3. Move the Inventory to Totes using Packing transaction through Task Execution.
4. Use RF Repack transaction to Move to inventory to multiple Final OBLPNs.
5. Instead of Closing the Last OBLPN, press Ctrl+X (Exit from the transaction for the last piece of the Order).

  Can observe that in Order UI that Order in In Packing Status.
