When attempting to run the process 'Retrieve Inbound E-Mail Messages', the following error occurs.

Process ran and resulted in error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Schedule 'Retrieve Inbound E-Mail Messages' process.
2. Process runs.
3. Error results and error link does not produce meaningful information.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run the 'Retrieve Inbound E-Mail Messages' process.
