MCP BO Status Change Error When Navigating With Back Button (Doc ID 2358709.1)

On : 2.3.0.0.0. Mobile Communications Platform

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

USER1 clicked En Route on the MCP at 8:59am. The screen did not refresh, but it looks like the Remote Message for the En Route did get sent back to MWM.

On the MCP, the page did not refresh and the Crew was stuck on the “preview” screen. I assume they clicked En Route a second time, at which point they received a BO error stating that En Route is not a valid next status. Presumably because the Assignment was already En Route, they couldn’t go to En Route.

Crew called in at this point to ask what that message meant. We instructed them to try to go back to the home page or open task list to force a refresh. When the Crew clicked the Home page or any of the links, the screen just froze. The Crew had to force close the app and log back in to continue working.
