Service Request 'Status' - why we cannot see 'Closed' status in UI? (Doc ID 2360540.1)

Goal

We have implemented the standard SR Management process in Engagement Cloud. In the SR 'Status' field, we need both the 'Resolved' and 'Closed' values. However, the 'Closed' status value does not appear on the UI. Why is this happening?
