Symptoms

Unable to cancel an OBLPN that is in "packed" status from OBLPN screen with option "Cancel cartons".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To be able to cancel the OBLPN once it is in "packed" status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to OBLPN screen.
2. Select OBLPN that is in "Packed" status.
3. Click on "Cancel cartons".
