Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Manage Benefits

When attempting to process a New Hire Life Event the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
BEN-990099 An error occurred in the eligibility engine. Contact your benefits administrator for a review of the audit log and trace files. The eligibility evaluation process could not retrieve the eligibility record. Try backing out the life event and reprocessing.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Process New Hire LE for a person
2. Error occurs.
