How To Remove The Standard Text From The Email Acknowledgement Appended To Email Template?

The customer has enabled email acknowledgement in Setup and Maintenance and created an email template in Application Composer. The acknowledgement email is sent, but the below standard text is appearing in the email body that's not part of the template:
"Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. The reference number for your service request is: SR0000003003. (SVC-5295081)
Thank you for your patience. If you would like to communicate further about the service request, you can reply to this email and send it to the email address: <EMAIL>.
How can this standard text be remove?
