Egangement Cloud: How to remove the standard text from the email acknowledgement appended to email template? (Doc ID 2361064.1)

We've enabled email acknowledgement in Setup and Maintenance and created an email template in Application Composer.

The acknowledgement email is sent, but there is some kind of standard text that appears to the email that's not part of the template:

"Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. The reference number for your service request is: SR0000003003. (SVC-5295081)
