Symptoms
Error When Reprocessing Open Life Event
I had to back out her Open life event to process a Salary Change event. When I go back to reprocess Open, I get an error message. Cannot process Open life event and need to ensure event is processed.
ERROR

An application error occurred. (PAY-1635003)
The procedure ben_pbn_shd.constraint_error failed at step 10.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Back out Open event for employee
2. Process Salary Change event
3. Reprocess Open event for employee
4. Error is thrown.
