i.e.
CD C: \ Oracle \ eprcsctl
eprcsctl operation = download_file fileFullPath = Library / Audit Logs / Audit.csv localfolder = C: \ Oracle \ eprcsctl server = <Server_URL> tenantid = <Domain_Number> user = <UserName> password = <Password>
