SSLException in REST service call for creating receipts
When using REST service for creating receipts from BPEL in a loop, notice that the first call is always successful and the second call fails with exception
The same payload goes through fine when we try the same service in the next run after some time.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create payload for REST service
2. use BPEL client to invoke the webservice
3. Get error when calling the service in loop
4. retry after sometime, the payload is accepted
