When attempting to Run Autoinvoice for Distributed Order Orchestration Transaction source, the following error occurs.

Fatal error returned from FND_SEQNUM during document number assignment. Review log messages for details on failed transaction(s)

Error calling raaudn().
Error calling raapic().

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Import transaction lines with batch source Distributed Order Orchestration.
2. Run Import Receivables Transactions Using AutoInvoice with required parameters
3. Process ends with error
