Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a Business Process (BP) record is processed through a workflow (WF), a data element that was expected to reverse auto-populate (RAP) from another BP form does not update as expected. Some records are processed, but the data element never updates to the new value. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Once that record is processed, the value of the data element should be updated to a new value.
