Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a non-admin user selects a value for the Master Data Element (MDE) in a Dynamic Data Set (DDS), its respective Value Set for the child elements are populated accordingly.  However when the user changes the value in the MDE, the value for the child elements is not changed with respect to the MDE.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The value(s) of the child element(s) should be changed in accordance with the Value Set defined for the value of the MDE selected.
