Lockbox Issue Receipt AutoApply And Recommendation Are Not Working Only When AutoApply Is Manually Resubmitted (Doc ID 2367600.1)

Lockbox Receipt Auto Apply and Recommendation Issues

Loaded receipts using lockbox and when the process receipts through lockbox process was submitted, even though the apply receipts using auto match sub process ran, none of the transactions were applied to receipt. Then, ran the apply receipts using auto match process and the transactions either got applied or were found as recommendations in the receipt. Why were the transactions not applied when the process receipts through lockbox program ran?

Some of the transactions were applied to receipts ( founded under recommendations) and some were just founded under recommendations. What is the deciding factor for this difference?

Be able to run lockbox and apply the receipts using auto match when the sub process is triggered

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.-Load Interface file for import

2.- Process receipts through lockbox

3.- Auto Apply receipts using auto match
