P6 Professional (all versions):
When attempting to access or open a document in P6 Professional, the following error occurs:
The Document cannot be launched. Please check the P6 server configuration.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into P6 Professional
- Open Project
- Activities tab
- In bottom view, choose WPs and Docs
- See the attached document.
- Click Details.
- Click Launch.
- Pop-up box states: The Document cannot be launched. Please check the P6 server configuration.
