Goal

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Technology Management - System Administration

'Hold Resolution' Workflow notification has two options: Acknowledge and Release Hold.

If the notification is 'Acknowledge', there is a new entry in the Workflow History.

The question is: How to proceed after Acknowledge option is chosen to release the Hold?
