Why Internal Funded Projects do not appear in associated project list on the review award screen? (Doc ID 2371395.1)

Goal

While creating a new award having two source of funds - Internal and Sponsored by customer (external) following behavior was observed:

On Review Award UI/page, only customer(external) sponsored project is appearing in Associated Project List and Internal fund project is not appearing in Associated list.
