On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Global Payroll
When attempting to submit a custom report, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Payroll Checklist
2. Submit a Process or Report task
3. Enter Parameters:
a. Payroll Definition -- xxxxxx
b. Payroll Period Start Date -- 01-11-2017
4. Click Submit
5. View the status of the flow
