On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Other Issues

How is legal entity derived in project transactions

Want to know how the legal entity is derived in below project transactions:
1) Expenditures
2) Billing
3) Revenue
4) Billing Offset

As per our understanding, for the expenditures, the legal entity is picked up from the project legal entity.
For the billing, revenue and billing offset transactions, the legal entity is picked up from the contract legal entity.

Please confirm if this understanding is correct.
