Symptoms

When trying to create a reason code and error message is displayed indicting: Reason codes cannot be created for client companies.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Reason code should be created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Reason Code screen.
2. Click on the add button.
3. Complete the information.
4. Get error message.
