Symptoms

Journal Approval issue in a particular environment for all the journals of related to same rule.

Error in Journal Approval UI:

The Supervisor doesn't exist (FUN-720337)
Cause - The supervisor not found for the SUbmitter
Action: Correct the HCM Employee supervisory hierarchy.

Error in SOA Instance:

oracle.rules.rl.exceptions.UndefinedException: The symbol "oracle.bpel.services.workflow.task.model.FinGlJournalApprovalRules.********" is undefined.

FinGlJournalApproval to FinGlJournalApprovalRules_Supervisory_JournalApprovalRuleSet failed with Business Fault: null. Check the underlying fault. Check target SOA component for cause.
