On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Purchase Orders
When attempting to final close
the following error occurs.
ERROR

you cannot perform final close because there are unvalidated invoices that reference this purchase order

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to final close PO
