Goal

This document describes the methods for changing an application user name in an Oracle Cloud-hosted Environment.

The user being altered must not be logged into the environment while the change is made.

This document does not apply to Oracle Primavera Cloud environments.  OPC customers can refer to Is it Possible to Delete a User or Edit a User Email from Oracle Prime Cloud Administrator? (Doc ID 2392643.1).
