Symptoms

When using Excel 2007, client looses certain functionality updating dimensions in SmartView. For example a user provisioned with Admin privileges can update existing members via Smartview but cannot create new members. When pressing the Smartview submit button it appears to work and no error is returned but you can quickly see that the new members were not written when refresh completes.
