ORA-46697: Keystore Password Required. On PDB Switchover (Doc ID 2378945.1)

Symptoms

When trying PDB switchover on an TDE encrypted CDB I get the following error:


However, ALTER PLUGGABLE DATABASE statement does not provide an option to provide keystore password. CREATE PLUGGABLE DATABASE has a "keystore identified by" but not ALTER PLUGGABLE DATABASE.

Note that when the command fails, the PDB remains now in DBA_PDBS with status relocated but not visible from V$PDBS so that it cannot be dropped.
