Symptoms

On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Cost Management

Requirement : Need the segment rule to be evaluated for only a specific subinventory.

Setup SLA code combination rule and segment rule. Expect the segment rule to override natural account for a specific subinventory based on item category. for all else the code combination rule to be evaluated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Category account must be override based on segment override.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up SLA with two accont ruels, segment based and code combination based

2. For segment rule, create two mapping sets . one priority 1 rule based on subinventory and another rule with priority 2 for item category based mapping set.
2. Create Accounting
3. Checking the journal entries - the account is not overridden based on category, only priority 1 rule is evaluated to true.
