MCP Get Logs And Sync Log Files Is Unreliable

On numerous occasions the customer tried to get logs from the hybrid MCP on an Apple iPad, but many times they never upload to the server. This is hurting the ability to troubleshoot issues.
Example: Twice on different days, did the Get Logs option from the MDT page on the server, the message to the MCP was processed successfully, but nothing was uploaded. Also did the "Sync Log Files" option from the MCP itself, but nothing was uploaded.
