Add the ability to differentiate Unifier environments within the user interface (UAT from Stage from Development from Production)

With the release of the Primavera Unifier 17.x version, the end user will see the environment designation of "Development" towards the upper left corner of the user interface window if their environment is confirmed to be a Development server type within the Primavera Unifier Configurator. However, some customers are using up to five (5) environments named:
When the end user logs into any of the environments that are configured as a Development server in the Primavera Unifier Configurator, they will only see the designation of "Development". It would be nice if the Primavera Unifier application could post into the user interface a designation for the environment the end user is logged in to from information that is typed into the Primavera Unifier Configurator. This option is available if the customer sets the server type to "Test" within the Primavera Unifier Configurator. The end user could use the visual print in the user interface as confirmation that they are working in the correct environment.
