StockStatus Interactions with Order Limit and Stock Threshold (Doc ID 2380572.1)

Symptoms

Quantity of stock (i.e. inStockQuantity property) on PLP or PDP page shows different value and it doesn't match Inventory Count shown in ccadmin. This results in integrity issue for stock quantity.

Why does the /stockStatus response who quantity information for SKU's that does not exactly match what is seen in occs-admin?

Changes

OrderLimit and/or Stock Threshold value is set for the product in occs-admin -> Catalog -> Inventory
