Standby Crew Shifts Not Shown On CDI If Started Before Dispatcher's Initial Date

A Standby Crew Shift ID was scheduled for 4:05pm - 7:30pm on 11/2. The Crew worked, but forgot to sign off their MCP. They are currently listed as In Service, but Out of Range.
Dispatchers that have logged on to the CDI for 11/3 do not see this Crew Shift on the CDI at all. If dispatchers change the Initial Date back to 11/2, the Crew now shows.
The CDI Scheduling Gantt should always show all Crew Shifts that are currently in progress.
