Goal

 I'm trying to understand how the system calculates the present value of a lease ?
On lease ABC3, it has a periodic lease payment about of 1,120 over 60 months/payments.
The present value was calculated as 50,349.60. I was expecting the present value to be 67,200 as that is 1,120*60 ?
